I'm only posting this here because it seems I have no one left to tell it to. I'm not as antisocial as I once thought. Being away from home, my friends have all moved on without me. I never get called, never get messaged, never anything. I wish I had friends at Ashland, but I've long since forgotten how to make friends in the first place. I'll get through it, I suppose. It's just one of those things I should have seen coming. Things simply can't go too well for me for too long.

My cat is my only company when I'm not at school. I loiter at the mall. I don't have a single friend here, except for school acquaintances. Ah, well. It's no big deal. I've always felt rather solitary. Kayla, a girl at the school, is dead-set on cutting my hair before I leave. Or she leaves. Whatever, dood. I've learned my hands are cut out for this. So to speak. At the risk of sounding like a math word problem... My first day there, Wednesday, I cut five heads of hair. Two the second day. Five the next. Then the weekend. Then three on Monday, four on Tuesday, two on Wednesday, three on Thursday, and four again on Friday. And I haven't messed anyone up at all. Made some decent tips. And I haven't so much as slit a single throat, even though I've used the straight-razor twice.
